General Telephone Information

To report problems related to Telephone Services, call 864-388-8200.

Directories

You can use the Online Directory to view alphabetical listings by name and filter by department. You can also access the Banner Directory to view part-time staff and adjunct faculty.

Conference Calls

  1. Dial the State CIO Help Desk at 1-803-896-0001

  2. You will need to provide the following information:

    Contact - phone # and email address
    Date of conference call
    Time - beginning and ending
    Number of participants (ports needed)

  3. The number to dial and the access code will be emailed to the Contact address provided above.
  4. There will be a long distance charge for the call.

International Calls

To make an International Telephone call:
  1. Dial 9 for an outside line
  2. Dial 011 + country code + city code + number

You can obtain the country code by calling ext. 8412 or you can find the country and city codes online.
